Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies

Customers can request a cancellation by contacting customersupport@terracycle.ca. Cancellation will mean that the customer contacts us before the order is shipped. As orders typically ship in 2-3 business days, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled before it ships.

Once an order has shipped, the customer can request a return/refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returned boxes must be shipped back to TerraCycle in the original packaging at the cost of the customer.

Please note, boxes are customized at the time of order. When TerraCycle receives the return, the credit card used during purchase will be refunded less the following per box fees:

Small (11x11x18) box: $17.79
Medium (11x11x40) box: $20.48
Large (15x15x42) box: $24.03
